Catch up!:) maggie island

Hey all!! So I think I'm going to have to split his blog into two, I have so much to tell you guys!!
So I left off at airlie beach:) I think I missed how I met up with a Canadian friend, chris, who has his own camper? Well we drove to a beach that a local had recommended to him the night before, with some girls who he had met in a lay by who were also going up the coast, and it was incredible:') so so incredible. It was literally picture perfect, and we watched the tide go out, which was for ages aha, I walked right along to the point, was so incredible! That night I also had a movie night with chris, we watched inbetweeners episodes ahah, it was actually awesome- so lush having a laptop and hard drive to use:) and so the next day, I was on the bus! To Townsville, to catch the ferry to magnetic island. I met a load of people I had seen before on the way, which was awesome, so we all set off together on the ferry, and checked into the same base hostel which was where the full moon party was at. I was put in the room furthest out, right on the edge, sat over the rocks over the sea:D such am incredible view !! Magnetic island is so underrated:)) that night it was the full moon part(down under- the one in Thailand is the real famous one) and well yeah, it was fun. In the summer there is like 3000 people there, but at this time of year there was only like maybe 600 ... It was still in, but was hyped up to be massive! I ended up having a 3 hour nap aha, and was in the sea at 5 in the morning. It was so much fun!! I met 2 English brothers, Liam and Nathan, as well as ran English girl Abbie and we had an awesome day the next day. Starting with a morning sea swim(well, my second of the morning aha) and a lush breakfast we decided to hire mopeds! It was the best way to get around the island, and we had SUCH an awesome day. My first bike experience, too!! I loved it:) it was so cheap, too:) magnetic island is pretty much made up of loads of spectacular bays, with cute little streets .. We had a lush lunch as well together. A burger without the bread for me! Ahah, yayyy gluten free:D and then that night we just bought some bottles from the shop, gluten free cider Ofc aha, and sat in the beach enjoying the surroundings. It was so lush, the guys where hilarious and we just got on real well as a group! Some girls, Frankie and Joanne joined us too. I think we did go to the bar at the hostel for a little bit, too, it was fun! The next morn almost everyone was moving on, north or south, and I just moved hostels to the yha where I've already prepaid. It was real quite, it's by the koala sanctuary, and yeah I just had a really chilled day. The people in m room where awesome, though, mostly Germans or germannspeaking Swiss, for the first time someone introduced themselves to me in German!mit was an odd experience, ahaha so funny, they were a laugh. Actually earlier that day I'd done the forts walk with an English guy I met, and guess what!! We saw a wild koala!!:D the view from the top was spectacular, too, maggie is such an underrated place. Did mean it was quite tranquil, though :) and so the next day, i was on my last ever greyhound bus, ever!! On the way to cairns!! The backpacker central:) I'd heard a lot about it, from everyone, so I was excited. Ill continue in another!:)!

New plans! Ahah

Hey team!! I still have so much to write about, but I feel I owe you guys just a quick catch up on what I'm doing with my life. All change !! I'm going to study!!:)
I just kind of woke up one morning, and thought to my self why on earth am I doing this now ?! Aha, I've had and am having an absolute ball of a time here, but I always am, it's not going to be less awesome if I come back inbetween/after university.
SO I got a place at loughborough university, studying physics, and ill spend my third year in Spain:) excitingggg! Loughborough was the university mum and I visited, loved, them realised it didn't teach Spanish in the course- ill be in Spain, learning in English, but socialising in Spanish #plan
So YES I'm very excited!!
I'm still going to Bali, I fly there from Brisbane where I fly to today aha, then from Bali ill fly to Darwin for a bit, before returning to Melbourne for my flight home on the 15th of September.:D
Eeeeeeep!
Ill get writi about my adventures when I get the time/effort, it's going to be a long one/two!:)

Plans!:)

SO,
I feel it's about time to officially explain what I'm trying to secure here in Aussie!!:)
Pretty much, I'd like to stay here. I'm planning on deferring uni and getting a working visa so I can get a few jobs here, and continue travelling!!
However, I need to leave the country to apply, SO aha I'm going to Bali for a week!! I fly from cairns on the 22st (I do have a 24 hour stopover in Brisbane aha), ill apply as soon as I get there online, then fly back on the 30th to Darwin:D hopefully, on my working holiday visa!! Then ill try and get some casual work in Darwin for a little bit whilst researching the next place I want to work. I know there's opportunities in Sydney and Brisbane, maybe maybe, or even Perth but I might leave that until ice more money so I cando Western Australia from there!:)
One thing I'd deff love to do is come back to airlie beach and go on the whitsundays again; as a volunteer. I'd need a bit of money as I wouldn't get paid, but I have GOT to do it!!
Anyway, yes. It's still up in the air, but this is my plan!!:)
Big love, lovelies:)

Agnes Water, Airlie, The Whitsundays!:D

Hey all!!
Surprise surprise, I've had an awesome awesome week!!
SO I left Hervey Bay for Agnes water, and Agnes water was so lush. It is a small little town, there's barely anything of it, with the loveliest little beach which you can walk down to get to 1770, it's kind of little twin town which appaz is tiny too. I didn't get an opportunity to walk, I wanted to do so and see the sunset there but that meant walking back 6km in the dark aha. But the hostel I was staying in was lush, it was called southern cross and it was practically a resort kinda! It had loads of land, so had horses, a lake, wild kangaroos aha and t was just so chilled out. I stayed 2 nights and it was a nice stopover between camping in Fraser and sailing in the whitsundays!! Met some lovely people, and had a surf lesson! It was cheaper to do that than hire a board, and it was so lush lush lush to get in the water aha. Riding the waves!! The second day I went down with the guys from the hostel who were surfing that day, took piccies, sunbathed etc. it had a proper holiday feel, it was so nice!! Thennn, I got the overnighter to airlie beach, where I'd be taking a boat trip to the Whitsunday islands. I met some Irish girls who were coming on the same boat in my room and we got lunch and sunbathed by the lagoon, I had a wander around the market, there isn't a lot to airlie but it is pretty!! You can't really swim in the sea as there's stingers so everyone just chills by the lagoon, which is just as lush:D
So yes then the next day we got on the boat!! The single travellers formed a mini group aha it was awesome, it was Greek Alex, English boy Alex, Irish mark and I, as well as German 'Megan fox' although I don't think that's how you spell her name ahaha. There was about 20 of us on the boat, as well as the skipper chris, and sailing boys Essex Richie and Canadian Jessie and their friend Annie who was volunteering. But you'd never have guessed Richie wasn't a through and through Aussie though, his once jet black smart haircut was now a bleached blonde Afro aha, but srsly these guys have the best jobs in the world. The trip was so INCREDIBLE. I absolutely loved being on a boat, I now am planning to learn to sail whilst I'm here, we were 10 metres from whales and dolphins and ospreys and huge fish and beautiful coral, and oh my Whitehaven beach was incredible. Literally. So, ridiculously insane, it felt like a dream, everyone needs to experience it. Literally!! And yeah I just had a ball, with awesome people and views and everything, gosh. We had an 'afterparty' when we got back too, and it was just so nice to spend a good few days with the same people, it was such good fun!! I was hoping to volunteer on the trip that set off today which would have been amazing but unfortunately it was a full boat:( so now I'm just relaxing but he lagoon, planning stuff!!
I'm going to write another blog soon about what i want to do, to fill you in,
But for now, this has been my awesome week, pretty much!:)

Noosa and Fraser Island, from Hervey Bay:D

Hey all!!!:D
Time to fill you all in- I've been having lots and lots of fun, Ofc!:)
So I had a day and a half in noosa, which I actually really enjoyed. Tyne hostel where I stayed was in Noosa Heads, right by the beach, and from there is the national park with the most amazing walks
,!:) I followed the coastline for a few hours then tried to cut back through the rainforest of the national park aha, with an eye out for koalas aha, I did end up getting lost Ofc but I finally made it back to the hostel where I checked in!!:) upon getting t my room I met linn, a lovely swede, who introduced me to the group of people she'd met before aha, such an eclectic mix of wonderful nationalities and people !! We had German, Dutch, Japanese, Swedish and well me I think aha. Anyway these people were lovely, and we were all going to go out however it started pouring it down with rain- and all the bars etc are a good 10 minute walk away in noosa junction! So that didnt happen, but I had a lovely evening with them all anyway:) we all met for breakfast (after I ran down to Peter Pans, like a travel agent, as Anna (one of the Dutch) had to book something) then decided to find the ice cream shop which had been recommended to me aha. We did find it!! But it wasn't open until 12 earliest, and it was 11:15, and a few of us needed to get the bus at 12:15... So what did we do? We all ran off to do important things before meeting for ice cream at 12! Hah, so linn and I decided we had to see the view from Laguna lookout, however the trek up is supposed to take 20 mins each way, and we didnt have that time ahahah. So, we absolutely legged it upwardsgoodness knows how many steps and ramps aha, but it was so worth it, the view was incredible!! But we were boilinggggg as the sun was bright and hot aha, so when we made it back down, the ice cream was perfect:') the company was called nitrogenie, and they make every order of ice cream separately with liquid nitrogen!! It was so cool, and so so good, I think I had chocolate honey comb or something, either which way it was peng:D then I had to run for the bus aha, as Iwas going on this bushcamp. Now I'd heard mixed reviews of is, I'd actually got it for free, I just had to pay 50dollars lil park fees. So I got on the minibus to find 2 lovely Irish guys, Connor and Niall, and we were joined by a Canadian, tash. And guess what, we had an awesome time!! So I bought food with the boys for the days we were there, they took me in as their cook aha, so I paid less for y share and got to cook!! I loved it aha, so the first night we stayed in dorms, which were freezing but fun, then the first day we went on our long canoe. We joined the group before, and canoed 16 km!! I was with Connor and Niall, it was so funny aha, we had the best weather the 2 days, it was so awesome!! We canoed to a creek were some people went on a rope swing, then to the camping ground were we walked to the pub and ate our lunch. We shared a few beer jugs, and it was so hot it was lush!! We were all just sunbathing:D then we canoed back, I made dinner, we played pool, watched a few films I think. Ooooooh I'm missing out the first day!! We got there late afternoon, and the wonderful Dutch guy, mattius, who was also in our group had been waiting around all day. And so we walked to this abandoned quarry, which are like lakes, full of the bluest water, now!! O mattius and I jumped in, and tash got the BEST pic, literally, so going as my cover photo when it's on Facebook!:) anyway so yeah, the third day the Irish boys left, and we were with the new group so I went in a canoe with mattius and tash. Even though this day was shorter, there was a horrible wind so it took forever to get to our destination!! nyway we walked to. Beach, and even though it was windy it was still lush to doze for a few hours before getting back in the boats. I also had a peppermint magnum, getting a little bit too addicted to those ice creams ahaha!! Anyway then another night in the tent, before the minibus back to noosa in the morning. We had a few hours to kill before our buses to we hit the cafe again aha, lush muffins, yes please!:)
Anyway then I got the greyhound to rainbow beach, for just the one night. Lots of people go to Fraser from there instead of Hervey Bay, but I'm so glad I came just for the one night. Met some awesome people, in including Barry and Anna who I'd met in noosa!!:) also northern Ireland's Owen, and a whole load of people including some from the bushcaMP!!:) the beach there was amazing, I'm really annoyed i missed e sunset :( I was shopping with Barry and Anna aha but either which way. So glad I stopped off:) for the next day, I was off to Hervey Bay!! I got the hostel and found out that a small group of nine of us were to be setting off for Fraser Island in the morning:D we Ll wen shopping, and bought food for barbecues ahaha practically whilst we were away!!:D I can't really describe how awesome Fraser Island is, really, so incredible. The weather was cloudy but that didnt take away from the wonder of the places we visited, all the lakes we swam in were so so so lush!! And we had such an awesome group of us, and an awesome tour guide, the only thing was I couldn't drive:( I've discovered I have an absolute love for 4x4s, I just want to drive them!! They're so big and manly and cool, pahah so yeah Fraser Island was legendary. The first night there wasn't a cloud in the sky nd we were camping. And the stars were actually awesome ... The Milky Way, so clear!! So incredible!! We stayed in rooms in a 'resort' the second night, it was nice to have a shower Aha. We also saw a wild dingo!! Woop de woop, aha there are warning signs everywhere about not feeding em and stuff etc, and it was so lovely to actually see one as we drove by:D they literally just look like dogs. Kind of.:)
Anyway aha. This writing is getting tiring. We got the barge back to the bay then settled back to e hostel, went shopping even though I have so muc food, watched the great Australian bake off which is NO WHERE near as good as the original and ours aha, then slept. As my greyhound today wasn until 5, I just chilled with Lisa and Tanya, 2 Germans who were on my Fraser trip, it was so chill, we just sunbathed all day aha. The beach, again, there was amazing, the sun so hot, ahaha .... So so peng. I'm now on my way to Agnes water, were I'm at for 2 nights before I get e night bus to airlie beach for my whitsundays sail. Looking forward to chilling out a bit!! But I'm tired now I've been writing all this in the dark, ahahah.

Anyway. Once again, If you read all this, congratulations. Ill try Skype you soon:D
Big love, and hugs, and blessings:)

Brisbane :D

I realised, again, I've a lot to catch you up on!!
I have to finish what happened in surfers paradise, first:) so I actually spent 3 nights in the 'sleeping inn', there, which is the longest I've spent at the same places since I've been here aha!
It was mainly because the hostel was so good, I was in a room with 3 other guys but we had our own little dining table area, kitchen and bathroom- so nice not sharing fridge space with the rest of the hostel! I was in the room with a Canadian,  Japanese and an Israeli who were all lovely aha. There was quite a lot of people who worked at the hostel and stayed there, like earns their beds, which is what quite a lot of backpackers do so there was such a good social side to the hostel. They had different things on every night, with free entry and a free drink at a club after some activities at the hostel aha- on my final night there was a trivia, and of course, we entered and won ahah. We actually won a free nights stay at the hostel aha, but we'd already made Brisbane plans so couldn't claim our prize!
So yeah in the days I hung out with some guys I met at the hostel, on the first night I met 2 awesome Canadians who were going home after travelling Thailand and cambodia then Australia, I saw so many pictures and I want to go so bad!:( then, for the last few days i met 2 Dutch guys and a German, cornelius, who was also going to Brisbane after. We went to the beach, did some swimming ahah but the weather was a bit cloudy every now and then! It's still hot, though, well warm aha and itll get warmer as I move onwards and upwards:)
So I left surfers paradise on Wednesday with cornelius, it was so weird travelling with someone else ahah! Very odd indeed. Sooo yeah, we found a hostel for the both of us and checked in, got our free cocktail at the welcome meeting, met some supercool people from all over the place and chilled in the bar in the hostel listening to some live music until bed. OH but I almost forgot, our night was better than night, that night was the state of origin match!! I was soooo awesome! So it's a rugby league best of three (think its rugby league) between New South Wales and Queensland. And trust me, it's competitive ahah, so that night was the final decider! And it was epic. Queensland, where we are ahah won, in the maroon aha woooop! It was such an exciting game, better an normal rugby in my opinion, ahaha there was a streaker ahah so so funny. But yeah, I loved it, that was tht night. THEN the next morning, there was a photography scavenger hunt run by the hostel in Brisbane!! It was so epic, so we had to run around Brisbane (we had 7 hours) and take pictures of lots of silly things, with this hostel t shirt in it. Like, landmarks like the story bridge, queen street mall, etc but also like the person with the worst hair, a picture of someone drinking from a cows udder, ahaha but there was also bonus points for nudity. Aahaha! So I was in a team with cornelius and another English guy, James, who was in my room, and we had such a hilarious day. The first picture, in china town .... James is standing stark naked in the middle of the street with his tshirt in front of his area aha. So so funny! So we didnt get all of the photos, but yeah we had a ball. In the evening we all got together and had a look at them, too, it was good fun:) the bar also had a kinda restaurant with Mexican food ... So good, aha. Anyway so the next day I was leaving the hostel, but I WENT TO THE KOALA SANCTUARY!! It was so so epic, ahahah. I got to feed kangaroos!!:DD I also saw birds of prey, lots of snakes, wombats, dingoes, a platypus!! I had such an awesome time!:D
And then, I got picked up because i was staying a few nights at a friends!:D it was so so lush to had a proper shower in a home, ahahah:') I stayed at the place of a guy I had met in Byron, the week before?:) his name is chad and he was so lovely to me, the first night we just chilled, watched the cricket (hehehehe) and ate the biggest burgers- literally, they were so peng!! Then on Saturday we had a tourist day and he took me on the longest walk around Brisbane. We crossed the river so many times, ahah it was such a good day! Then we went back to his, into the HOT TUB in the terraces that he lives in ahaha I was in paradise. Compare this to the hostels I've been staying in, ahaha it was so epic. Then we met his friends in the even for a few drinks, I already knew a few of them from last week, we had a ball:) we were also planning to go surfing on Sunday then go to e evening service at a nearby church, but surfing didnt even happen- we kicked a football (rugby) ball around with his friends Emily and John in the park. It was actually lush, so so hot, hearing gory stories from John from the morgue as he is at police academy! Then we went and got a FIVE DOLLAR STEAK AND CHIPS, did you hear that ahahah, it was so so epic!!:') then we went to west end for a bit, we tried to find the church for the evening service ahah but to know avail. I'm annoyed I didn't go, especially as I wanted to take chad, but I do adore Brisbane a lot so definitely might come back if I have time- and take him to church then!!
So now it's Monday, and I got the 7 am bus to noosa, where I'm at now. It's nice here! In a cafe, just eaten possibly the pengest muffin EVER, it was huge and still warm inside .... Mmm ahaha. I'm just going to go and find the hostel, I'm only in it for 1 night as I go on a kayaking/bush camp thing tomorrow! Exciting!
Anyway aha, sorry it's so long.
Miss you guys, hope you're all well:)
Lots of kangaroo love,
Beth:) xoxo

Byron / the Gold Coast!

Hey heyyyy!!
I have to catch you up:D
SO byron. I lovedddd Byron, ahah, even if it was raining when I first got there ... But no it was nice. And a lot warmer! Considering I had only been in big cities, it was so nice to be in a smaller town without all the traffic etc. so that day (I was so tired aha after the overnight journey) I went for the walk up to the light house which was lush as anything. Including being at the most easterly point of mainland Australia, I saw another whale !!!:D ahahah, I was sharing a room with 2 girls, one from Yorkshire, who was lovely:) but I decided to book a different hostel for my second and final night in Byron, as the yha (where I was at) was good but quiet! And I'd heard a lot about Byron night life:D so the second day the weatherwas lushhhhhhh. I also had a free surfboard hire so I used that, and hired a lil shortie wetsuit ( it wasn't that hot aha) but literally had the best beach day. The water was SO amazing ahah, I probably didnt really need the wetsuit aha it was peng. I did so much tanning, too ahaha I deff got burnt!! But I needed the relaxation, travelling is stressful aha. However makes me miss everyone, all my fan would love the waves SO much I just wish they were there. Boo, but I am glad I'm travelling solo! So the next hostel was a nomads hostel, and okay aha I wanted a beer pretty much and set about finding someone to come have one with me. To no avail, there were a group of guys drinking casually in the common room and I asked if I could join them if I bought my own! S I did haha, the guys were 4 Australians who were in town as one of them were in a band who was playing! I had so much fun aha, they were lovely and we had a ball. But anyway, a bit later I met some of the girls in my room and a few if them were from a massive group of them from Brisbane who had come down for birthday celebrations. So yeah, I joined their big group, met so many people and had an awesome night!! Although I had researched churches in the area, it was obvious that I wouldn't have been able to make it in the morn as it would have required a 50 minute walk one way haha, and with all my stuff, as I'd have to check out mega early .... Not cool:(
I had booked a greyhound at 2, but in the end I got a lift to surfers paradise with a few of the guys I'd met. They were going back to Brisbane, so thy literally drove past it! So it was nice to drive in a car, aha rather than an uncomfy bus. But yes, now I'm in the Gold Coast!! It is SO touristy it's insane ahah- you know you're in surfers when you walk into 5 elvis's in full costume in the street. So obviously the beach is lushhhh, the sun is hot but there's a few clouds! This hostel is SO buzzing too. It's like a family as lots of people live and work here, but yeah I've met most of them and they're lovely:) guess what, goon pong was played again aha and I'm not a lot better! I did win a few games, though, with various partners:) we had a good night. Today I've just been taking it easy, watched a film or two and sorted stuff out like postcards, arranging Brisbane:)
So yeah. I think that's all for now!!
Hope all is well in my hometown. OH and I need addresses for postcard sending!!

Lots and lots and lots of love,
Beth:))))) xooxxo

Excited!!:)

So I am so excited to go to Byron bay!!:D I'm going overnight tonight:) I know, I know, I said I'd stay in sydney till Sunday for church but ill find a different one:D I do love Sydney but I can't be bothered to spend another 3 days here!:) so today is my last day, and I went back to bondi beach:D I love it so much!! Want to live there!! Def am coming back, I haven't had a chance to get the ferry to manly either,me here appaz there are the lushest beaches, so will have to do that at some point:D
Yesterday I continued being a tourist. I loved it ahaha, went to the harbour- amaze balls!!! The opera house, the bridge, ahhhhh!!! Literally, I'm wandering around with the biggest grin on my face ahah. I also bumped into someone for my old hostel, maya, it's so lush how you meet SO many people- for example in going to meet her in Brisbane as that's where she's staying to study!:)
Anyway, I was in this new hostel. I got recommended it but it didn't quite live up to the social side!! Met he nicest girls In my room, Megan who is from meant doing her 2nd working year here. She was glad I arrived, excited to go out aha! The hostel is filled with lots of irish and northern workers, who all know each other ... And aren't the most inviting ahah. Also, someone stole my milk from the fridge:( but anyway also 2 Argentinians were in our room, on their way to Asia to continue their travels!!:D our room was freezing, bu ah, it was okay. We had fun:D we got given free drinks vouchers etc, so it was nice to use them!:)
Then last night, it was 'goon pong' in the kitchen. So goon, I found out, is the cheapest alcoholic drink you can make aha, and well it's not beer pong it's goon pong. Megan and I were a team, but lost in the first round to 2 French guys ... However they lost to the winners so really we came third;) ahaha and we went out after too, with the guys- it was a funny night!! Although i was happy to see my bed at the end aha.

But anyway, yeah. I'm getting the overnight bus to Byron bay tonight, 12 hours!! I am skipping a few stops, but loads of people have recommended I do, and besides the more north I go, the warmer it'll be:D woooop de whoop:D I'm excited.

Hope all is well with home!!
Also the happiest birthdays to my dearest brother and mother, love you guys!! Presents on my return!!:D
Big love xoxoxo xoxoo

Sydney/canberra update!:D

Hey, guys!:)
Sorry it's been a while, I've been up to a lot, time to fill you in!!:)
So, starting with canberra ... It's a lovely, beautiful city aha. However, during the day it's absolutely dead!! There's museums and stuff, and a shopping centre etc ... But yeah aha not really much going on. All the girls in my room, too, barely spoke to me, ahahah so it really wasn't a very good first experience in a you hostel. LUCKILY 2 saviours in th shape of 2 lads, daz and Conall, from Leeds and Northern Ireland, rescued me aha.i was in the tv room, watching Geordie shore (and hence feeling happy about my intelligence aha) from the back when Conall asked if I knew how to turn the heaters on the balcony on. I had no idea but someone was talking to me !! Ahahaha, so yeah they were lovely. They managed to convince me that the only good thing about canberra was the night life ... And we'll, I went out with them, and it was actually insane. The Reason why the town is so dead in the day is because everything is closed, it's a very nocturnal place aha! The guys went to the pub for the lions game (wooooop!!!) and met them after, yes it was fun, I'm s glad I went out aha. The next morning, I was up bright and early, clocked out before 9 and to the Salvation Army I'd found I went!! It was so funny, getting everything properly into my backpack again ahaha, and this time I outfit properly on my back.... Soooo heavy ahaha. But. Made it to the church in good time! Was greeted by to know, one of the colonel's or something, but yes everyone was lovely and it was a cute service aha - the brass band playing shine Jesus shine and all!i had a ball from the back, ahaha and set off soon after for the greyhound terminal for my bus. This time ... It was a luxury bus, ahaha I was treated!!! Free water for everyone, wifi, plug sockets, TVs the works!! Shame that no-one was replying ahah, and I fell asleep for the 3 hour journey to Sydney. And when we got there ... The sun was out !! Is so much warmer he compared to canberra- the coldest place apparently. So yes, that eve I' met Christine, in my room, and we went for Chinese in china town (I managed fried chicken and rice) with another friend of hers, Hannah which was lovely. After I also met up with Conall again, who happened to be coming here too the same day- but on the train aha! We had a lovely catch up about the night before over jugs of beer in maloneys- only $7, bargain!! Then I went to bed ahaha, I was very tired. Monday ... Oh yes!! Suchhhh a good day, so in the day Christine and I did the bondi beach to coogee beach walk:D it was sooo lush, I want to live in bondi, literally! I think I'm going to stay there after the 3 nights I've booked in the new hostel I'm staying in tonight, this one was recommended and ah. I'm so excited, there were so many runners, I'm going to runnnnn so much when m there!!its like 17 degrees, not hot but it cold, still needed a jumper but may have tanned a little aha ? So that should bring me to Sunday where ill go to the newfrontiers church here. Ahhhhhhhhhh and you'll never guess what !!! We saw whales !!! From the coast, ahhhhnit was it amazing ahah. We weren't even expecting to see any, but it really was insane, so excited to go to hervey bay and see so many more of them:D they were flipping and turning and everything!!! Anyway, we went for lunch in coogee (an expensive but lovely burrito for me) then got the bus back to the hostel. The mm ..... We went to Madame Tussaud's waxworks !! Ahhhh I was a little apprehensive, Christine loves it, she wants to go to all the ones in the world aha, but I'm so glad I went. I'm probs never going to go again, so it was worth the $38 entrance fee! We had suchhhh good fun!! It was also in darling harbour, which was such a lush place and I'm so glad I got a chance to go there and see it. Then when we got back to the hostel, we met up with another room mate maya, who was talking about going to surrey hill to have a look around. So that's what we did, and after trawling the streets and menus we finally found a place to eat!! I was lush actually. There was jazz playing. But like they kept on changing all of the band member ahaha, it was sooo good! Some lush beer and food, peng a leng. Apart from Christine ordering creeps which were advertised outside, they were $12 so we were expecting alot aha .. But they were tiny. Also she was expecting banana inside, haha but it was just cream!M what a failure, so she ordered the thickest, soupiest mac and cheese to eat after which was pure entertainment to watch her consume ahaha. It was such a good night, but I have bad news ... I keep catching accents !! At first it was just the Aussie one every now and then, which I am trying not to do, but Christine is Canadian and maya is American .... So we were all quite confused ahaha! I also made them relax by confirming that even English people ant understand me sometimes, I speak so fast aha. I'm teaching them skills in understanding the English accent ! Ahaha, it was so so funny.
So now it's Tuesday, and I've checked out of the railway square yha and dropped my stuff off at my new one, maze, right in the town centre too. Imin McDonald's atm, trying to get Internet but failing an - but this blog needed to be written !.,
It's probably really long again, but ah well. Hope you enjoyed reading it, if you ,managed to the end !!:))

Big love kiddies! Miss you all!!

Northern bound!

Hello again!:) I'm back, ahaha. I've just boarded my first, of many, greyhound buses, whoop whoop! To canberra we go. Something very exciting has happened, too ahahah ...I just saw my first kangaroo!! Wooooppp! Actually I saw 3 of them, by the side of the road:D i wasn't quite sure whether or not they were actually them but i soon saw a sign with a kangaroo on it, like 'warning, kangaroos' ahaha so I assume I was right. I've been looking out for more but there's quite a lot of farmland and vineyards etc along the roads atm, lots of sheep aha, and I'm not sure what side of the fence the kangaroos will be. So we'll just keep our eyes open:D.
So, yes, we're northern, canberra bound. So its friday  now, I'll spend most of the day (8 hours) travelling and check into my first youth hostel ever, woooop! I'm excited ahah. I'm staying in a 8 mixed dorm, ooh! I'll let you know what the hostel is like but sounds quite luxury, haha. I'll spend tomorrow finding a church for Sunday morning, prayers that ill find a good'un- and choose the right one!:) then I might get going on Sunday night or Monday to Sydney, but I'm not staying in the city- all be revealed at a later date.

But Melbourne is left behind, for now. I'll be coming back as I fly home from there- and it's such a massive city! Appaz it's the size of London with half the population, and everything is mighty big aha. Reminds me so much of America, it's scary really, but I did have a lovely time! It was peng having a knowledgable tour guide, too, haha .... For those of you who don't know, I've know beau brooke for a good few years now- but only online! It was mega weird actually hanging out with him ahaha, but yes he is awesome and I loved it. Literally he needs to go and teach all the rude, ignorant people in England just how to be nice, hahah it baffled me. But we discovered Melbourne, I also went on my first ever team ride! Woopwoop, haha it was a lot of fun. We went down Brunswick street and literally, it was hilaz, everyone was just so INDIE it was brilliant ahaha, there was also like 40 bridal shops (on the same road ) it was incredible. In the city we saw some amazing street artwork, and lots and lots of shops aha! I also had a pie from pie face- hilaz, ahaha but I don't quite understand as its so unconventional to eat a pie like a sandwich. Too much filling! But either which way, it was lush and ill deff be having another:)

I'm just trying to think of anything else I should be telling you. I really wasn't jet lagged at all,  I got in on weds morn at 2 so slept until 11- howeve that night I barely slept at all Haha, like 2 hours. I think that may, however, be down to the coffee I drank at lunch time- yes, I drank coffee! For he first time in years, ahaha in a cute cafe in ashburton (where I was staying) in the sunshine:D however Ofc when it was half 3 in the morn I regretted it. I think I slept for maybe 2 hours, but after half 1 I couldn't sleep! Disasterous, so I was knackered for our day in Melbourne but its cool, I coped. OH also on Wednesday night beau took me out to eat, and we went to vegie hut- Chinese!! In box hill literally you'd think you were in Asia, ahaha but my curry soy chicken was actually lush and it DID taste like chicken. I also used chopsticks- I'm a pro, now!!:D then we went to this tea place and got, well, iced teas (mm, raspberry) which was SO good. Then he took me on like a little tourist trip around belgrave, the station etc which was mega fun:)) it was a good night!!:D

Anyway. This blog is longggg . I'm sorry ahaha, but I think this is all for now!!:) if you read it all, congrats!!:))
ALSO every one needs to message me their addresses so I can send postcards!!!:DD
Big love and blessings from here!:)))

Plane!

I'm on the plane!, well, the third one now, haha finally. It's so weird for several reasons- a) it's just so many time zones and stops etc and countries ahah. And b), just being on my own!! I just need to talk to someone hahaha I shall probably hug the people who are picking me up. Lols, aha it hasn't been that bad. My first flight I was in with the kiddies so it was cuteee, I was next to a Spanish couple who didn't talk to me but had the cutest boy ahah. And across the aisle 2 little black girls with their grandma- going to Tanzania!:) then Dubai was fun, I couldn't find Internet anywhere. So so annoying. It better be a lot easier when I get there, it is frustrating ahaha! S manysnapchats!! Then flight #2 I was next to these 2 quiet black guys who got off at kuala lumpa, it was okay we talked a bit Ahah but I thinks that's more to my isolation ahah. Ooh I watched some season 6 episodes of bigbangtheory, too, whoop! And some how inmet your mother, And I watched dumbo and cried, ahahah I miss dumbo, ooh and I watched a grand designs in holland park to remind me of you, father!:) we had to get out at kuala lumpa, too, but only for an hour and we're back on the same plane. So the seat next to me is empty, and I said to the woman on the other side aren't we lucky and she said she bought it! Because she wanted the space, ahaha I am not complaining!!:) also, across the aisle is this lovely Italian old woman who doesn't speak good English but who keeps talking to me. I'm mostly just pretending I understand ahaha, but she was there too in the second flight from Dubai and she seemed happy to see me again when I got back on!! And it's lucky I didn't buy any tequila duty free, because in kuala lumpa we had to go through security (for a third time) and they would have taken it ahaha. Not that I found any anyway. Umm ahaha, anything else. I am acing candy crush ?? :)
Don't get used to this long texts,it's only because I'm bored aha.
In othernews, the songs downloaded on play tube are HILaZ and PERFECT hehehe, just chilling here on a high. We only have ... 3 hours 40 something till I arrive! Yay yay, ahahah

Anyway ciao bela. Going to watch some more rubbish:)
